Pricing
How our pricing works
We separate our pricing into four parts, so you can see exactly what you are paying for.
Implementation
A one-time fee to understand your process, build it, test it, and hand it over with documentation and training.
Support and maintenance
An optional monthly fee for monitoring, fixes and small changes. Your first 30 days are always included.
Third-party platform and AI usage
Services like AI models and hosting charge for what you use. These accounts stay in your name and you pay them directly — so you keep control, you see the real cost, and nothing is hidden inside our fee.
Additional scope
New requirements after we have agreed the work are quoted separately, so the original price stays honest.
- Starting prices are indicative for standard scope. Final pricing depends on your requirements, integrations, complexity and third-party services.
- Entry automations start from ₹22,000. Most business automation projects fall between ₹25,000 and ₹1,00,000 depending on scope.
- Custom automation projects are quoted after a requirement assessment.
Prices exclude applicable taxes.
